Originally founded by Karen Lucas, the business began with little more than a “shoe box” of notes, contacts, estimates, and ideas. From those humble beginnings, Karen built a thriving, reliable business dedicated to providing exceptional packing, shipping, mailing, and business services.

In 2019, after 32 successful years, Karen decided to retire and passed the torch to her niece, Kaleena Greer, who shares her passion for outstanding service and community care. Kaleena carefully selects and personally trains every team member to ensure customers experience the highest level of professionalism, friendliness, and expertise.
